Fixed fee initial advice
Futter Chapman Family Law Solicitors are able to provide legal aid in most areas of family law however legal aid is not always available. We have put together an initial appointment scheme which allows us to offer a fixed fee for assisting and supporting you with your family law matters.
We discuss your particular needs at length
If you should wish to proceed with your case we will discuss your funding options with you during the appointment including legal aid and private rate options. If you are not eligible for legal aid and choose to instruct us privately we will then provide you with a written estimate of cost based on our competitive hourly rate.
A no-obligation consultation for all clients
We offer a no obligation 45 minute initial consultation for a fixed fee of £80 plus VAT (total £96). This appointment enables you to discuss your case with us and it gives us enough time to discuss those matters which concern you and give you an idea of the best way forward.
